Boll Medical, West Virginia's Largest Independent/Family Owned Dealer, provides durable medical equipment and supplies to customers all across West Virginia. Voted "Best In The Valley" for 2008 and 2009, we are widely recognized in the state for our reliable and accurate service, expansive product inventory and our comprehensive billing and reporting system. We are C.H.A.P. Accredited, priding ourselves for being the first DME company in the valley to be accredited since 1992. We employ over 40 professionals and operate 2 service locations (Charleston and Teays Valley). Our main location is located in downtown Charleston on the East end of town across from CAMC General Hospital.

With over 40 years of experience, Boll Medical has always focused on customer care. Our goal is to assist customers in achieving wellness, maintaining or gaining independence, and improving their overall quality of life. Upon visiting, customers and their caregivers have access to information on a full range of in stock medical equipment, accessories and supplies. As a member of a large buying group (The MEDGroup), we are able to purchase products directly from manufacturers and/or distributors in a timely manner while providing a variety of high quality products for our customers and referral sources. We work closely with our customers and their healthcare professionals in order to provide the necessary in home equipment, supplies and services. Equipment is delivered and set up in a timely manner by one of our trained delivery drivers who instruct the customer and their caregiver on the use of the equipment.

Utilizing our on site Billing Department, we have the experience and infrastructure to manage benefits based on multiple insurance plans, formularies, varied co-pay structures, clinical guidelines and Medicare allowables.
